Our Mission
Many of the challenges faced when transitioning out of the military are very similar to those experienced when leaving foster care. One day, you are supported and surrounded by structure; the next, you may feel alone and unsure of what comes next.
While there are many resources and options available after leaving care, navigating them can be overwhelming. Our goal is to provide a support system tailored to the individual needs of each candidate.
In the military, when a unit is relieving another, a process called "left seat/right seat" takes place. An incoming unit leader observes the outgoings's units daily routine. Afterwards, the outgoing leader follows the incoming leader and their unit to provide continued expertise and guidance.
By partnering with businesses and entrepreneurs, we can provide exposure to opportunities that allow individuals to customize their pathways. Leveraging the many resources already available enables us to focus on tailoring the specific support each individual needs to find their next chapter. With the right support, we can help candidates strengthen their mental and physical well-being and reach success sooner.
